How Do I Transfer FIFA Coins to My FIFA Account?

We get a lot of questions every day asking "I have bought coins, now how can I transfer the coins to my console / FIFA account?".

As you may know, there are two methods by which we can transfer the FIFA coins to your FIFA / EA account: Comfort Trade and Player Auction. Here we're going to talk about Player Auction method.

Basically, the idea is to buy some cheap players and sell them to WhatsGaming with a higher price.

We will explain the process step by step and at the end, will resolve some issues you might have regarding the process. So, if you already know how it works and want to find the answer to your question(s), you can simply scroll to the bottom of the article.

How does Player Auction Work?

First of all, make sure you have a working transfer market on your console. Just open the game. Go to Transfers. Make sure it works. Unlike Comfort Trade you won't need transfer market on your WebApp; only on the game.

Then visit this page for auction. It doesn't matter if you had bought coins for Comfort Trade. You can use both methods.

So, you should have two screens in front of you: The game (transfer market) and your WhatsGaming account showing the player auction page. When you're ready, check the auction page on your WhatsGaming account.

You will see an option in the beginning: How much coins do you have on your FIFA balance right now? Less than 60k or More than 60k?

Tip: If it asks for verification, please see the Q&A section below.

It's a very straightforward question. So, you just click on the option that suits you. For example if you have 21,500 coins on FIFA balance, you should choose Less than 60k option.

Tip: If the >60k option is disabled, don't worry, just check the Q&A section below. You will find your answer there.

Tip: If you click on the wrong option by mistake, don't worry. Just wait a few minutes and then refresh the page. Or Log out and Log in again. If you don't have your guest password, you can simply contact us via WhatsApp (it will require ID verification). Then we will give you the password. If you still couldn't choose the right option, simply contact us via WhatsApp and we will help you.

After that, you will see a list of players.

The first player is already selected. But you can select any player on the list by clicking on the player you want. Just get comfortable with this player list. You can click on the right or left arrow to navigate between players.

Tip: You will see some players with the same name. But please be careful: although they are the same player, their prices are different!

Now, let's have a look at this example:

As you can see, the player name is Joelinton. Under the player's card there's a Futbin link. Open the link in a new tab. There you can see the complete details of the player.

So, each player has two steps for auction:

1. Buy the player.
2. Sell the player to WhatsGaming:
   1. List the player on transfer market
   2. Search the player
   3. Sell the player

Step 1: Buy the player

As you can see on the screen, in step 1, you should buy the player (from your Console's Transfer Market or you can use WebApp transfer market or FIFA Companion App, whichever you like). But you should be careful about two things: First, make sure you buy the right player. Some times there are different versions of a player (different OVR). And also the card type is important. Is it Rulebreakers, TOTY, TOTS, TOTW, etc? You can see the card type or Revision on Futbin. So, make sure you're buying the right player card. Second, make sure you buy the player under the max price you see. In the example above, you should buy Joelinton with max price: 30k coins. So, you should search the player on market. And you can pay for him max 30k. It means if you pay less, you will get even more money than you should. If you pay exactly 30k to buy him, then at the end you will have exactly the amount you were expected to have. And if you buy him more than 30k, then at the end, when the auction is finished, you will have less coins than you expected to have. So, it's in your responsibility. Don't pay more than the max price you see on Step 1 for each player.

Tip: If you're wondering how this auction is calculated, you just keep in mind that you will buy a player with price x and you will sell the player with price y. So, for that player you will receive y - x. For example, if you buy the player 35k and sell it to us 60k then you will receive 60k - 35k = 25k Fut coins.

Step 2: Sell the player to WhatsGaming

Now that you have bought the right player with <= max price given, it's time to sell the player to us.

Here you will feel the difference between WhatsGaming and other websites. With other websites, you will have to contact the coin seller and tell them hey I have listed this or that player. Then wait till they're online and can answer you. Then they will log in and buy the players from you manually. It's completely automated and revolutionized on WhatsGaming.

Okay, if you look at the picture you see above, on step 2, you see a start price, buy now or BIN price and a duration. All you have to do is to list the recently bought player on transfer market with the given data.

So, for the above example, you should list Joelinton on transfer market with:

• Start Price = 31k FIFA Coins
• Buy Now Price = 57.5k FUT Coins
• Duration: 6 hours

But before you list on transfer market please pay attention:

Tip: Please don't refresh the page on your WhatsGaming account after you place a player on transfer market on your console. Because the prices constantly change, because our system should check the prices of the cards and update the prices, otherwise you won't be able to buy the players with the max price you see on the screen. So, please never refresh the page after you have listed players on Transfer Market.

Okay, so you list the player on transfer market with the data given on the auction page.

Then come back to your whatsgaming auction page. There is a green button to search for the player. Click on the Search button.

It takes up to 90 seconds till our system finds your player on the market. So, please be patient till the search function does its work.

When it's found, all you have to do is to click on Buy. Then it will be bought from you (or in other words, you will sell that player to WhatsGaming).

Tip: If the system can't find the player, please check the Q&A section below. You will find your answer there.

After that the player will be pending for a few minutes. Then it will be bought from you on transfer market. Some times it takes up to 30 minutes, depending on the server's load.

Tip: You don't have to wait for each player to be Bought/Sold. If you have enough coins on your FIFA account, you can continue with the other players and put a couple of them in pending status. It will save up time. They will be bought sooner.

Then you keep on doing this till you have no more credits left in your WhatsGaming account. When all pending players are sold, you will have the coins in the game and can use the coins you paid for.

* Safety Tip (Player Auction Transfer Limit):

Compared to Comfort Trade, Player Auction has more limit in transferring coins. It means, in order to be safe and not getting banned by EA, the amount of coins you can transfer is less with Player Auction. When you transfer more than 1M coins, you will see a timer that will stop you from transferring coins. This is only for your account's safety, devised by WhatsGaming. Of course when the countdown timer runs out you can transfer coins again.

Also, it's recommended that you don't do the auction for too many players. That's why you can't choose the Less than 60k option more than twice in 24 hours. Just to encourage you choose >60k option for faster coin transfer and thus less players.

So, all safety measures have been taken in WhatsGaming to keep you safe and let you have a pleasant experience in transferring coins.

But some times our customers complain that Player Auction in WhatsGaming takes too long compared to other websites. Of course, it's because we're too cautious. And that's why we have the lowest possible rate of ban.

Questions and Answers Regarding Player Auction

It asks for verification!

Yes, unfortunately we had to add a small verification step for some payments. We understand that this is inconvenient, but it's for more security for both sides. So, please contact our WhatsApp support and verify that you're the legitimate payer. It won't take longer than a minute to get verified. Then you can refresh the page and continue with the player auction process.

I can't find the player on transfer market with the given max price

If you search for a player on transfer market with the max price we give to you and you can't find anything, please try other players on the list. Some times the players get overpriced. The prices constantly change. We update the prices 1-2 times per hour. But even with that frequency, some times the players raise their prices and thus you can't buy them with a reasonable price. You can refresh the page after a few minutes so the prices are updated. You can also continue with other players in the list and when you reach a point that you don't have more players for auction, you can contact us via WhatsApp and we will add more players for you.

I can't choose Less than or More than 60k Option

If the >60k option is disabled, you need to finish 5 players (= 25k) with <60k players first. Then you need to wait until every lower value player was successfully sold to our system. Right after that you can continue with the higher value players to speed up your FIFA Coin transfer.

If you can't choose <60k option, you have probably used this option twice so far. In order to keep you safe, we disable the option, because doing auction for too many players in 24 hours has a risk of ban by EA. So, you better use More than 60k option. If you have used the coins to buy some players, you better sell some players until you have >60k in your balance and choose <60k option for the rest of your coins.

I have put the player with correct data, but the system can't find my player

If you're sure that you have put the player with correct data on transfer market, and our system can't find the player, please check these things:

• Make sure you have paid for the correct console. Most of the times, they have Xbox or PC and they pay for PS4 coins. In such cases, our system can't find your player, because it's looking on a different transfer market. If that's the case, you can contact us via WhatsApp and ask us to change your coins to the right console. But the amount of coins will change, because the prices are different for each console.
• Make sure you have bought and listed the correct card type. Some times the card looks correct, but it's not. You should open that Futbin link and make sure you're buying the correct card and then list on transfer market.
• Make sure you have selected the correct player on the auction page on your WhatsGaming account. If you have clicked on another player by mistake, please click on the correct player. Look at the data and compare with the data on the transfer market. They should be the same.
• Make sure you didn't refresh the page. Because when you do that, the prices on the page will change and the system cannot find the player then.

I made a mistake and listed the player with wrong data

If you have listed a player on transfer market with wrong data, you have no choice but to wait till that player is expired and then list him again with correct data.

In rare cases, there might be another card on the auction player list with the same name and the same data that you have on transfer market. In that case, you can click on that card and click on Search.

In other cases, as stated before, you need to wait till that player is expired. To save up some time, if you have enough coins on your balance, you can continue with other players on the list and do the auction for the other cards.

After I listed the player, the price of the player changed on the auction page

If you refresh the page after you put a player on transfer market, you may see that the prices have changed. This happens naturally, because the prices constantly change on Futbin and on transfer market. In order to have updated prices, we have to update the player's prices on our site. That's why it's recommended not to refresh the page at all. The pages use Javascript and update the status without the need to refresh.

But if you have make this mistake and the prices are different now, there is no choice but to wait till the player is expired and then list him again. To save up time, it's recommended that you continue doing the auction with other players.

I still have credit on my account, but no more player in the auction list

On rare occasions, you may see there are no more players for auction although you still have credit to transfer. If that happens you need to contact us via WhatsApp and we will add more players.

I got server error during auction

Very rarely it happens that you search for a player and it gives server error. The error is temporary and will go away after a few minutes. Usually it only happens when we're updating our server. So, if you see such error, please be patient and try again after a few minutes.

The system has found two players. Which one to buy?

Some times when you click on the green Search button, our system finds two players instead of one. If that happens you should be very careful. Because if you buy the wrong player, you will buy someone else's player, the credits will be deducted from you, and you will get no coins on your console. So, please be careful. When you see two players in the results, look at other data. For example, look at the number of contracts that each player has. Go to the transfer market. Find your own player and see how many contracts it has. Then from those two results, choose the one that has the same contract as your player on transfer market.

My player has been pending for too long

Don't worry, each player will be pending for a few minutes. If the server is overloaded with orders, it might take up to 30 minutes for the player to be bought. So, please be patient and continue with other players to save up some time.

Should I contact you to buy the Players?

No, our system is automated. It works 24/7 without a need for human interaction. If you buy coins in the middle of the night, you can transfer the coins yourself without waiting for reply from us. But of course, if you need assistance, you need to contact us during working hours.

Can I give you the name of my player on transfer market and you buy him from me?

No, our system works automatically. You cannot give players manually to the system. You should only buy and sell the players you see on the auction page.

If I buy the players, will I receive less coins?

No, you will receive exactly as much as you paid for. The price of the players you buy for the auction is on us. We will also take care of EA's 5% tax. So, you will not receive less than the coins you paid for, moreover, you may also receive slightly more. Just need to be careful that you buy the players with less or equal to the max price shown. And also make sure you buy your own player and not someone else's player when you're doing auction. So, if you follow the instructions, you will have your coins with a small extra.

I sold a few players and I got tired. Can I transfer the rest of the coins with Comfort Trade?

Yes, you can transfer the remaining coins with Comfort Trade. You just need to open the comfort trade page and send your EA account's data.
